Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We may accept returns for:

  • Faulty or damaged items

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Unopened and unused products in original condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened beauty or skincare products.

If your item is unopened and unused, please contact us to discuss a possible return. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics/skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
