How To Use

Shake the bottle gently.

For Body Use: hold the bottle about 6-8 inches away. Close your eyes and spray lightly over your body, focusing on the back of your neck, bottoms of your feet, chest over lungs, and palms of your hands. Allow the mist to settle on your skin. You can gently rub it in if desired. Enjoy and rest! For

Linen Use: hold the bottle about 10-12 inches away. Spray lightly over your sheets, pillowcases, blankets, pajamas, or any other linens you wish to refresh. Enjoy and rest!
